Handling Returns and Cancellations
Progressive Leasing honors your return policy and allows the customer to cancel at any time, without additional cost.

For example, if the customer decides the item isn’t working out for them after 40 days and your store has a 90 day return policy, they can return the item to the store for a refund. Progressive Leasing will need confirmation from your store that the item was returned to refund payments made after the return.
But what happens if a customer wants to return something and it is outside your store’s return policy? Customers have the option to cancel their lease at any time and return the item to Progressive Leasing by calling (877) 898-1970 to setup the return.
If the customer chooses to return the items, we will cancel lease-to-own and no further payments are required. They’ve only paid for the time they used their items and there are no penalties for canceling lease-to-own.
